Hi, I'm Alan. I'm a software engineer and data scientist by training. Currently, I'm a forward deployed engineer at Taktile. I just wrapped up my M.S.E in Data Science at the University of Pennsylvania and have spent my time there exploring my interests in healthcare and finance.

I studied Computer Science, Data Science, and Statistics at Rutgers University, and am currently based in the NJ/NYC area. My focus right now is to navigate life in my 20s through learning new things and developing new connections. I care about building things that help people, and I write about what I'm learning along the way.
